UP Museum of Leadership

Memory as civic infrastructure — the world's leadership stories, organised by the qualities that make leadership work, and turned into action.

If you are reading this, you are already in the Museum.

The inscription across the atrium glass — and the point of the institution. Leadership is a transferable human competency; the Museum collects its stories, organised by the qualities that make it work. From exceptionalism to exemplarism.

One of two trust institutions

ENN holds the integrity of information in the present; the Museum holds the integrity of leadership memory across time. Together they keep shared reality and legitimate authority intact — the Museum doesn't argue against personality-cult narratives, it out-narrates them.

Open now — three channels

The virtual MuseumInteractive archives, guided tours, immersive reconstructions — 444,665 visits this month.

Travelling exhibitsDomain-themed modules touring summits and community venues, adapting to local leadership figures.

At ≈14 million visits a year, the virtual Museum already keeps company with the world's great museums — the British Museum welcomes ~6M visitors a year, the Smithsonian ~30M — and it travels to wherever its members are.

Twelve years of neighbourhood reading rooms, 4,000 adult readers. Induction Thursday — the virtual Museum inducts into the living archive through the year; the annual class is honoured at the UP Congress.

The Common

The Museum's central space gives way from induction plaques to live Projects — a rotating display of sessions happening right now across the network, which a visitor can step into directly. 42 live across UP — town hall: sustainability climate & food among them

Not where leadership is stored — where it is rehearsed

THRIVE Plan integration

Moved by an exhibit? Record the reflection straight into your Plan — it shapes your leadership pathway.

Take It Forward

Every exhibit offers a pathway to volunteer, mentor, join, or back a Project in that domain.

MentorMatch coupling

Admire a quality of leadership? The Museum pairs you with members already practising it.

A working home

Operationally a ThemedCircle in Leadership Coaching & Mentoring — flagship alongside MentorMatch.

One of four institutions on the UP Campus — Centre, Academe, College, Museum: one civic bloodstream — and the permanent home of the annual UP Congress. Rotterdam is a deliberate seat: a city largely destroyed in 1940 and rebuilt as Europe's standing monument to reinvention, alongside institutions such as Fenix.

Demonstration

Welcome to 2032

This is the UP HUB as we imagine it in 2032 — 26.4 million members in — not the organisation as it exists today. The architecture is designed; the members, Circles and Projects you’ll meet are illustrative. What you’re about to see is the future state we are raising founding capital to build.

The demonstration has two parts. First, the public face — the journey from stranger to member. This half performs itself: the enrolment fills in before your eyes — sit back and watch. Then, the HUB itself — the member experience, seen through the eyes of one member: Erin Smith of Amsterdam, five years in. That half is yours — click around and explore freely. And to move back and forth at your own pace, use the small Demo navigator in the bottom-left corner — it walks the whole journey, in either direction.

A note on how it works: this is a demonstration, not a finished product. Much of what you see is display only. Where something is live, your cursor will tell you — the hand icon means click. All members, Circles, Projects, brands and figures are illustrative, derived from the UnitedPeoples operating model. No brand shown is intended to suggest endorsement or support, implied or explicit — brands appear for illustrative purposes only.

One thing is already real: NAVi, the AI companion. Talk to it at any point.

And if you've arrived here first: this is the model suite. The case for building it — the plan, the numbers, the invitation — lives at unitedpeoples.earth.
