Our rescue-run toolkit — the route maps, fridge contacts and food-safety checklist — now runs like clockwork here. I think it's ready to travel. Three neighbourhoods have asked for it: Laak, Escamp and Segbroek. What would we need to hand over so a new team could run their first week without us?

Start with the fridge-contact sheet and the Wednesday route map — those took us months to get right. I'd pair each new team with one of our runners for their first fortnight.

Agreed — and add the food-safety basics guide from the Library. Happy to run a welcome call for the Escamp group.

Replication is a proven path: methodology-and-replication Projects verify at 79% — kits lift success wherever they're applied. Three verified food-rescue playbooks from the archive match this thread; 92% of new Projects now start from a verified precedent. Links are in the Library.

Worth a read before we scale — how a similar network doubled what it rescued without burning out its volunteers.
